We clean all work counters, tables, file cabinets, bookcases, appliances, light switches, vending machines and walls using a treated cloth. (We remove spillage, finger marks and other foreign residue.)

We spot clean stains (ink, pencil, markers, dirt and rust ) from workstations and from all other work surfaces.

We clean the legs of all chairs, and tables. (We often install felt tips on each leg tip to prevent scratching tiled floors.)

We disinfectant all drinking fountains, sinks, break room and lunch room tables, countertops and chairs.

We clean the entire microwave oven.

We completely wipe down all stoves, ovens, refrigerators & freezers.

We sanitize all phones with a disinfectant cleaner.

We clean all interior and exterior glass entrance doors, window sills, glass block walls and door frames.

We spot clean all interior glass partitions.

We clean and polish interior and exterior doors including: Door frames, handles, doorknobs, kick plates, push plates, push bars, threshold and components. We remove all foreign residues on or around door and components.

Lobby & Break Room Chairs:

We spot clean carpet for spills and stains.

We clean all interior glass.

We return all furniture to its original location and leave on only designated lights.

We secure all doors, windows and follow alarm procedures.

We sweep and wet mop the entire bathroom floor using a QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner and deodorizer. (An EPA registered, hospital grade germicide for disinfecting, which complies with OSHA'S blood-borne pathogen standard for disinfecting surfaces soiled with blood or other potentially infectious bodily fluids.)

Areas we clean with QUAT cleaner include the base of toilets, urinals, in corners, along edges, under sinks, trash receptacles, around partition and vanity legs.

Budget Janitorial employees always post wet floor signs when mopping, scrubbing or buffing floors.

We wipe clean baseboards, cove bases, and floor trim; removing any dirt, water spots, sealant and or chemicals.

We clean all fixtures: Water closets, urinals, washbasins, waste receptacles, and paper dispensers with a QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner and deodorizer. We also polish fixtures to a bright finish.

We wipe down, polish and remove any graffiti from walls, partitions, mirrors & fixtures.

We clean the entire mirror and polish the metal frame.

We dust and clean window sills, ledges, grills, free standing partitions, wall surfaces, doors and waste receptacles.

We clean exposed pipes attached to washbasins, urinals and toilets.

We spot clean both sides of entrance doors.

We clean and polish countertops and behind washbasins.

We empty waste receptacles, replace trash liners, stock paper towels, soap, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, sanitary napkins and tampon dispensers. We empty, clean and disinfect napkin receptacle, and replace soiled bags daily.

We report any malfunction of dispensers, partition doors, locks or fixtures immediately.

We perform high dusting. (Door sashes, tops of partitions, etc…)

We brush down ceiling vents and cobwebs.

We wipe down vinyl and leather furniture.

We thoroughly vacuum upholstered furniture.

We sweep & mop storage and supply closets.

We pour bleach or an enzymatic solution down floor drains to prevent sewer gases.

We sweep and or power blow building entrances and walkways.

We clean all cigarette and cigar receptacles. Replacing sand as needed.

We dust window blinds and window coverings.

We clean interior & exterior light fixtures.

We replace interior & exterior lights.

We dust and clean air conditioning vents, return grills, covers and surrounding ceiling tiles.

We dust walls from ceiling to floor to remove spider webs and surface dirt.

We clean & polish wall hangings, ceiling fans, clocks, picture frames and moldings.

We replace deodorants. (Toilet, urinal & air).

Kitchen and Lunch room:

On request we can thoroughly clean inside of refrigerators and freezers.

We wash down entrances, outside lunch, break and smoking areas.

Our janitorial closets are kept clean, organized, fully stocked with supplies, material safety data sheets , and detailed work descriptions.
