Security to perform comprehensive
background checks on all employees. (Criminal, Drug
& Eligibility)
Every employee must complete an in-house training program
in safety, operational procedures as well as participate
in an extensive on-site training program at one of our
larger facilities. (In association with our worker's
compensation representative.)
Our supervisors attend product and
service seminars hosted by Waxie, Unisource as well
as other janitorial manufacturers and distributors in
order to keep pace with the changes in our industry.
