Q: Are your employees insured, bonded and trained ?
A:

Every employee is fully insured and bonded. (General Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance and Fidelity / Honest Bonds.) Insurance Certificates are always available on request.

Budget Janitorial complies with the Department of Homeland Security to perform comprehensive background checks on all employees. (Criminal, Drug & Eligibility)

Every employee must complete an in-house training program in safety, operational procedures as well as participate in an extensive on-site training program at one of our larger facilities. (In association with our worker's compensation representative.)

Our supervisors attend product and service seminars hosted by Waxie, Unisource as well as other janitorial manufacturers and distributors in order to keep pace with the changes in our industry.

Yes. We have worked extremely hard to develop a tremendous client list as well as a priceless reference list. Both lists always available on request!

Yes and our guarantee is in writing! If for any reason our customers are not completely satisfied with our service or product then we do not expect any form of payment. Our answers to all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are always based on a complete and through walkthrough of the facility. We feel it is absolutely mandatory to complete a thorough walkthrough and subsequent analysis.

Our "Full Service" entails day & night janitorial / custodial services provided seven days per week. Dedicated crews for carpet steam-cleaning, floor stripping, waxing and high speed polishing, window cleaning, pressure washing, grounds keeping and parking lot maintenance.
